This is to announce the conduct of a study to examine the factors affecting
the accuracy and timeliness of financial report submissions. Additionally, the
study ·aims to assess the effectiveness of the IMPACT Web-based Application
as a tool in addressing issues and challenges in financial report preparation,
comparing it to traditional technical assistance methods.
