Now downloadable from the Integrated Management Platform for Administrative Compliance and Timeliness of Financial Reports (IMPACT), this tool streamlines the preparation of the Budget Execution Document (BED) 3 – Monthly Disbursement Program (MDP).
The tool enables efficient programming of cash requirements, incorporating 2025 salary adjustments to prevent cash shortages and overages. By ensuring accurate alignment of disbursements with quarterly allocations, the tool also helps minimize the unnecessary reversion of unutilized Notices of Cash Allocation (NCA).
